Michael Gralnick - Experienced Executive and Business Consultant
An entrepreneurial executive based in Sonoma County, Michael Gralnick serves as CIO of Verchool Holdings, a SaaS B2B company creating communication and collaboration integrated with 3D Spatial Internet Technology in business communities to help businesses in all sectors improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Michael Gralnick has deep experience built over decades in executive positions and corporate development consulting roles, along with extensive time spent teaching investors best practices in due diligence. This combination gives him unique experience and wisdom to support CEOs in making the right decisions to maximize their company's valuation and communicate with investors in a compelling, successful manner.
After a series of part-time, junior management positions as an alternative to more typical non-academic time during high school and college years from 1986 to 1991, and after attending McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Gralnick co-founded Greenwich Capital Ventures, a consulting group and broker dealer working with startups and established businesses in several industries. From 1998 to 2001 he was the co-founding COO of Eurekas, an industry specific, searchable specification tool integrated and cross-linked with multiple product databases. From 2001 to 2004, he served as COO of ManyOne Networks, an Internet Platform designed to provide trusted content providers with a series of interlinked portals searchable by an alternative search method on a unified platform, with a unique ownership and control structure designed to divide returns between investors and charitable foundations.
Over the following years, Mr. Gralnick worked as a fractional executive and business development consultant with companies launching highly differentiated products or technologies. Furthermore, he wrote the Keiretsu Forum Due Diligence Process Handbook, used by members in the largest, global, angel investor syndication network and recognized among investors outside that group as a standard bearer for forward looking due diligence processes.
More recently, Michael Gralnick moved away from technology companies to purchase and operate a chain of Laundromats, and then founded a pickup and delivery residential and commercial laundry service which he grew by 25x in less than five years, while navigating the Pandemic. While he viewed this business choice as something designed to give him the flexibility to be more involved in the lives of his young children far than many fathers have, he also during this time created a for-hire accelerator incorporating a collaborative group of full time equivalent consultants and executives, which operated up until the start of the Pandemic.
Also an avid traveler and competitive cyclist up until he became a father, he has recently returned his focus on senior executive roles, divided fractionally between industry disrupting technology companies and environmental technologies designed to have a positive impact on the environmental crisis.
